Patricia Wetmore Gurahian is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Pace University where she was a member of the Law Review. She also received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Pace. She is a member of the Westchester County and New York State Bar Associations.
Ms. Gurahian has more than 25 years of experience researching and writing memoranda of law on motions, pre and post-trial briefs and she has particular expertise in drafting appellate briefs for state and federal courts. She is able to hone in on the legal issues that are important to a particular case and to pinpoint and highlight her opponents’ factual and legal weaknesses. Ms. Gurahian’s practice also includes commercial litigation and Surrogate’s Court litigation, as well as construction law and arbitration. She has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of condo associations. Ms. Gurahian is also responsible for representing the firm’s developer and municipal clients in Article 78 proceedings in New York State courts.
