A sampling of our recent projects.

  • Hebrew Hospital Home of Westchester, Valhalla, NY

  • MGS represented the not-for-profit Hebrew Hospital in connection with the land acquisition, IDA financing and zoning approvals for the construction of a 162 bed nursing home, which opened in 1998, as well as an adult day care facility and the neighboring Westchester Meadows, a life care retirement community, which opened in 2002 and features 120 attractive independent-living apartment homes as well as skilled nursing and assisted living units. MGS continues to represent Hebrew Hospital in connection with its Westchester and Bronx campuses.
