    MGS Obtains Master Plan Approval for PepsiCo, Inc.’s World Headquarters in Purchase, NY

    Culminating the completion of a 3 year planning and approval process, MGS recently secured zoning amendment and site plan approvals from the Town of Harrison for PepsiCo’s long-term Master Plan for the approximately 152 acre PepsiCo World Headquarters site, located at the intersection of Anderson Hill Road and Lincoln Avenue in the Purchase area of the Town of Harrison, New York.  The Master Plan contemplates the first major renovations to the entire campus since it was constructed in the late 1960s.  The Master Plan approval process also included the first comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement for the Property, since the original development of the Property predated the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.

    Charles Goldberger Re-Elected to Westchester Cycle Club Board of Directors

    Charles Goldberger was re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Westchester Cycle Club at the December 2010 meeting for the calendar year commencing January 1, 2011.  Mr. Goldberger an avid cyclist has been a member of the Cycle Club for 20 years and a member of the Board of Directors for the past three years.

    Dram Shop Case Settled

    McCullough Goldberger & Staudt, LLP announced today the settlement of a dram shop case.  The case was settled for the sum of $440,000 in Supreme Court Westchester County after jury selection.  The driver of the automobile which caused the accident and injuries to the plaintiff was arrested at the scene of the accident for driving while intoxicated.   (more…)
