    Groundbreaking Ceremony for Life Time Fitness draws a crowd Frank McCullough serves as the Master of Ceremonies

    Harrison, N.Y. (October 3, 2012) –Construction began on the new Life Time Fitness complex that will rise on the site of the former Journal News building Wednesday afternoon with a ceremony highlighted by the start of demolition of the 39-year-old former Journal News plant on Gannett Drive.

    McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt’s own Frank McCullough served as master of ceremonies at the kickoff event that was attended by more than 80 municipal and county elected officials, representatives of the many agencies that played a role in the zoning and approval process, economic development and business leaders, and top executives of Minnesota-based Life Time Fitness. He was joined at the event by MGS partners Linda Whitehead and Seth Mandelbaum.  The firm has for the last year and a half to successfully obtain the rezoning of the property to permit the spectacular new Life Time complex to come to Westchester.  (more…)
