    Seth Mandelbaum Elected Vice Chair of Friends of Westchester County Parks

    White Plains resident and attorney Seth Mandelbaum was recently elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Friends of Westchester County Parks, the group announced Wednesday.

    “We are very pleased to welcome Seth as Vice Chairman of Friends of Westchester County Parks,” said Joanne Fernandez, Chairperson of Friends of Westchester County Parks, in a statement. “His insight and passion for Westchester County parks is a great asset to the Board.”

    Mandelbaum, a partner with McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP in White Plains, was appointed to the Board of Trustees for Friends of Westchester County Parks in 2011. He practices in the areas of land use and environmental law, municipal law and not-for-profit organizations. Mandelbaum is one of only a handful of attorneys in New York to be certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED® AP).
