MGS has counseled PepsiCo since the 1960s in connection with the acquisition of its 152 acre corporate headquarters in Purchase, NY, the zoning approvals for the construction and complete renovation of the headquarters (including the world-renowned public sculpture gardens located on the site), and subsequent disposition of out-parcels. MGS continues to represent PepsiCo regarding its real estate and land use transactions for the Purchase property, as well as other properties throughout the New York metropolitan area.
