The firm’s litigation practice group, led by Senior Counsel Charles Goldberger, handles extensive litigation in State and Federal Courts in Westchester and surrounding counties and in Surrogate’s Courts throughout the state. The firm is active in commercial and construction litigation and arbitration. MGS has been successful in recovering multiple million dollar verdicts in personal injury litigation. As part of its land use and municipal practice, the firm handles Article 78 proceedings and related matters on behalf of the many municipalities it represents, as well as on behalf of its land use clients.  MGS has also successfully handled numerous appeals in New York State and Federal Courts.
