  • James Staudt is a partner in the firm.

    He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1978; U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, in 1981.

    He has been Village Attorney for the Village of Larchmont since 1981, and has acted as Special Counsel for other municipalities including the Villages of Bronxville and Scarsdale. He was General Counsel to the former Sound Federal Savings and a member of its Board of Directors.

    Mr. Staudt received his J.D. from Villanova University in 1977 and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College in 1974.

    He is a member of the Westchester County and New York State Bar Associations. He is former Co-Chairman, Real Property Section, and currently a member of the Professional Economics Committee, Westchester County Bar Association.  Mr. Staudt is the President of the Westchester County Bar Foundation.

    Mr. Staudt is a resident of Larchmont, New York.

    Mr. Staudt practices primarily in land use law, municipal law, and real estate.
