Linda B. Whitehead

She was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, in 1986; New York State Bar, in 1987.
She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1986 and a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College in 1983.
Ms. Whitehead is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association (co-chairperson, New Lawyers Section, 1989-1990) and of the New York State Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation and is a graduate of the Community Leadership Alliance Program at the Pace University School of Law, Land Use Law Center. She also sits on the Advisory Board of First American Title Insurance Company, Hudson Valley Region. Ms. Whitehead is Vice President of the American Cancer Society Westchester Region Advisory Board.
Ms. Whitehead is a resident of Irvington, New York.
Ms. Whitehead practices in the areas of municipal law, land use and environmental law, as well as commercial and residential real estate transactions.
