McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP is proud to represent Alexander Development Group in the next chapter of Mount Vernon’s revitalization: a 21-story mixed-use residential development at 140-152 East Prospect Avenue.
Shaped by Mount Vernon’s Downtown Vision Plan, this project will deliver 350 rental units; add over 6,200 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail; enhance transit-oriented development just steps from the Metro-North station; offer amenities including landscaped gardens and roof decks, a fitness center, library and business center, pool, package room, valet parking, and 24-hour concierge; and commission a public arts project for the corner pedestrian plaza, expand sidewalks, and implement streetscape improvements.
MGS played an important role in establishing new zoning for a key block of Mount Vernon’s downtown area and obtained Site Plan approvals from the Planning Board. We’re honored to help Mount Vernon realize its vision of a vibrant, connected, and inclusive downtown.
