Linda B. Whitehead Named to Crain’s New York Business “Notable Women in Law”

This prestigious annual list honors female attorneys who have made a significant impact on the New York legal landscape, demonstrating professional excellence, leadership, and a commitment to their communities.
A graduate of New York University School of Law and Mount Holyoke College, Ms. Whitehead is a Partner at the firm and heads the Transactional Real Estate Practice. She is widely respected for her versatile expertise across several key areas, including municipal leadership; land use and environmental law; real estate transactions; and commercial lending. She serves as Village Attorney for the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson and Land Use Counsel for the Village of Ossining, and guides clients through the SEQRA process, land use approvals, and significant commercial and residential real estate transactions — including affordable housing projects.
Ms. Whitehead’s influence extends into the broader legal and local community. She is the President of the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation and a two-time graduate of the Community Leadership Alliance Program at the Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law, Land Use Law Center.
A frequent lecturer on municipal and land use law, Ms. Whitehead is an active member of the New York State Bar Association (serving on several Local and State Government Section committees) and the Westchester County Bar Association, where she previously co-chaired the New Lawyers Section.
