Steven M. Wrabel practices Land Use/Zoning and Municipal Law.
Mr. Wrabel has counseled private developers and property owners on issues of zoning compliance, environmental review, and various land use issues. In his time with McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, Mr. Wrabel has worked on successful projects for among others, PepsiCo, Inc., Manhattanville College, 24 Hour Fitness USA, Inc., and Senlac Ridge Partners (f/k/a Normandy Real Estate Partners, LLC).
Mr. Wrabel also counsels municipal clients, including the Villages of Bronxville, Croton-on-Hudson, Hastings-on-Hudson, and Larchmont on issues concerning the drafting of local laws, land use and zoning, and the NYS Freedom of Information Law (FOIL).
He is admitted to the New York State Bar and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was Notes and Articles Editor for the Environmental Law Review, as well as a B.A. from Boston College.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Westchester County Bar Association. Mr. Wrabel is a resident of Stamford, CT.
