Project Description
With the assistance of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt LLP, GlenArbor Golf Club received approvals for expansion of its facilities in Bedford, NY.
The Club, at 234 Bedford Center Road, received Site Plan approval from the Bedford Planning Board and a Special Permit amendment from the Zoning Board of Appeals to construct an indoor Golf Academy and multiple guest cottages on its property.
The Planning Board and Zoning Board approvals will allow the Club to build eight guest cottages for members and their guests to enjoy a short-term overnight stay. The indoor teaching space will have four indoor golf simulators for practice and teaching as well as a lounge area for Club members.
The expansion and renovation will offer GlenArbor members modern learning facilities and amenities in line with the emerging industry trends and provide new recreational opportunities in the region and beyond and attract guests to Westchester.
